For our 3rd day in Japan, it was all dedicated to Mt. Fuji. Mt. Fuji is the most highest mountain located in Japan, standing at 3776 MASL. From afar, the mountain may look attractive due to its perfect cone shape. Climbers can actually climb this active volcano during early July til mid September. When visiting Japan, it is a must to visit this tourist spot to actually enjoy and experience what it’s like seeing Mt. Fuji.
Before we drove up to the the 4th stop of Mt. Fuji, we had to pass by a temple called Hakone Shrine. Usually, climbers would pass by temples to make a short prayer before they adjourn for Mt. Fuji. Going to this temple made me feel like I was brought to the past. You can actually see that Japanese people still treasure their culture which makes them unique.

After passing through the temple, off we went to the tourist attraction where you can see the view of Mt. Fuji properly. As we arrived the destination, lo and behold! We were able to see Mt. Fuji very closely and the feeling was surreal. I never imagined that I would be able to see the famous mountain. God’s work indeed can be seen here. I really can’t wait to go back to Japan and see this wonderful mountain again!
